I'm forwarding you an Interesting and entertaining clip on our Millenial population! Please, Open it when you have 12 minutes to listen and to think about the implications for us in Rotary.
What I took away? This Generation (like Silent, Boomers, and GenX) "Are who they are". We are not going to change them--we need to adjust to them. FELLOWSHIP/Friendship is a selling point for Rotary. They are looking for this.
For a generation which readily changes jobs and looks for new opportunities, INSPIRING CLUB PROGRAMS and PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT/ MENTORING are of value (and WE, in Rotary, can certainly provide it.) Enjoy! RBA The Millennials Are Coming!
