The district leadership team gets ready

For a more productive year, governors-elect, assistant governors, and the chairs and members of district teams should meet during the district team training seminar to discuss how they will support Rotary clubs that provide service to their local communities and those in other countries.

The district leadership team also sets goals for the year and reviews how they’ll communicate with each other and clubs. Before this meeting, usually held following the International Assembly, members of the district leadership team should review the following resources:
