New membership data available to club and district leaders

Club and district leaders have seven new reports available to them via Member Access . The new reports give leaders access to helpful club and district membership data.

The Clubs in District report allows leaders to view a list of active clubs in their district. The New Rotary Clubs and Terminated Clubs by District reports show a list of new and terminated clubs for a given date range.

The Club Member Count by Country and Geographic Area report shows the number of Rotary club members by country or area. Leaders can get gender-specific stats for their district by viewing the Women by District report and worldwide with the Women by Country and Geographic Area report.

Leaders can also use the 5-Year Membership History report to view membership records for clubs in their district.

The View Membership Data report is still available in addition to the seven new reports.
To access these reports, log in to Member Access and click on "Review Membership Trends" or "Review Club Data" in the navigation menu.
