RI system upgrades to take place this month

This month, Rotary International will begin updating its data systems to provide better service to Rotarians. The new systems will centralize RI's databases and lay the foundation for future enhancements to the Member Access portal.

Due to these updates, Member Access will be unavailable for updating club and membership data from Thursday, 21 May, to Monday, 25 May. Please send update requests to the Data Services Department at data@rotary.org .

Online registration for the RI Convention will also be unavailable 21-25 May. Online registration will resume on Tuesday, 26 May and continue until Sunday, 31 May. After online registration closes, Rotarians will be able to register on-site at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham, England.

During the systems upgrade, you may experience additional service interruptions without notice.

Once the transition is complete, you will experience improvements to the look and feel of Member Access.

The Update Club Data, Add Member, and Edit Member pages will show substantial improvements.

Language, interests, and spousal information will not be collected.
Seasonal addresses will no longer be collected.
