Trainers: Start preparing for PETS and other events now

PETS is just around the corner, and trainers should start thinking about what they can be doing now to prepare. The training checklist, located on pages 34-36 in the District Training Manual (246), lists actions to be taken during designated months before the training meeting, such as distributing a needs assessment questionnaire to past and potential participants six months before a seminar. Whether you are preparing for PETS or another training event, the training checklist will help you deliver a successful training meeting.
